My role: Puppet Maker, Deviser and Puppeteer

Devisers: Lucy Ruff, Alivia Ryder, Catherine Jenkins, Jodie Yates

This short puppetry performance explored the separation of two androgenous, etherial charcters. With references to covid isolation, this silent performance used these puppet characters to explore feelings of love and longing.

Now and Then

Realised, devised puppetry performance

My role: Group Leader, Puppet Maker, Deviser and Puppeteer

Devisers: Grace Rumsey, Millie Williams, Lily Gardener, Wenjing Ji
Location: The Old Library RWCMD

Within this puppetry performance, we celebrated Cardiff both in the past, present and how it may develop in the future. My group explored aspects of Cardiff at night, focusing on the hen parties which Cardiff is famous for. This playful performance featured a group of "Hens" getting ready for their night out, going to the pub, dancing on tables and getting one of Cardiff's infamous "Dragon" taxis home.
